ソニー株式会社において、30年以上にわたりプロジェクトおよびプログラムマネジメントに従事。

実践の場で培った経験と知見を基盤に、「次世代における理想PM」の在り方を探究してきました。

その成果を、日本の文化的特性を踏まえ、共生と共創を核としたフレームワークとして

「日本的共創マネジメント（SynCreate Management）」に体系化しています。

この思想を社会に実装し、普及・推進することを目的として、SynCreate LLCを設立しました。

 

Founder:

Yukinori Iwashita, Founder and Representative of SynCreate LLC,

Having spent more than 30 years at Sony Corporation engaged in project and program management,

I have continuously explored what an ideal form of project management should be in the next generation, grounded in hands-on practice and real-world experience.

Drawing on these insights, and taking into account Japan’s cultural and organizational characteristics, I have systematized this thinking into a comprehensive framework centered on coexistence and co-creation, which I call “Japanese Co-Creation Management (SynCreate Management).”

To bring this philosophy into practical application and to promote its adoption in society, I founded SynCreate LLC.
