共創リーダーシップ（SynCreate LeaderShip）
＝ 共創のやり方（way of SynCreate Doing）
＋ 共創のあり方 （way of SynCreate Being）
「共生的共創（SynCreate）」を実装するために、
「共創リーダーシップ （SynCreate LeaderShip）」を提案します。
共創リーダーシップは、
＝共創のやり方（way of doing）＋共創の在り方（way of being）
から構成されます。
共創のやり方（way of doing）は、
① Profiling （プロファイリング）
② Program （プログラム）
③ Project （プロジェクト）
から構成されます。
共創の在り方（way of being）は、
④ process （プロセス）
⑤ people （ピープル）
⑥ platform （プラットフォーム）
から構成されます。
「共創」とは、
「共有の構想 (Shared Concept)」
「共有の意思 (Shared Plan)」
「共有の行動 (Shared Action)」
からなる事業ですから、
共有の構想を、① Profiling （プロファイリング）が、
共有の意思を、② Program （プログラム）が、
共有の行動を、③ Project （プロジェクト）が、担います。
我々は、個人や組織に対して、共創のやり方（方法）や 共創の在り方（状態）を、トレーニングやコンサルティングを通じて提供していくことをミッションとしています。

多様性の中の対立・矛盾をエネルギーとして、更なる創造的な関係を積極的に生み出し、持続可能な社会を実現することが、 21世紀の最大の課題となりつつあります。このような複雑で困難な問題に対処し、21世紀社会を実現していくアプローチとして、共創リーダーシップ (SynCreate LeaderShip) を提案します。
このミッションの基に、いつまでも飽くなきチャレンジをするクリエーターや起業家が集まり続け、次から次に新たな共創（SynCreate）を成し遂げること、それが持続可能な21世紀への チャレンジであると信じます。
The key challenge of the 21st century is to use the conflicts and contradictions in diversity as energy to actively create more creative relationships and realize a sustainable society.
SynCreate LeaderShip is proposed as an approach to deal with such complex and difficult problems and realize 21st century society.
Based on this mission, creators and entrepreneurs who never stop taking on challenges will continue to gather and achieve new collaboration/co-creation (SynCreate) one after another, which is his challenge to the sustainable 21st century. I believe so.
