ソニー株式会社において、30年以上にわたり、プロジェクトおよびプログラムマネジメントに従事。製品開発、組織改革、研究開発、Systems on Chip（SoC）立上げなど、多様なコーポレートプロジェクトを推進した。

 

その実践経験を基に、「夢・意味・構造・関係」を統合する独自の価値創造思想を探究。日本文化に根差した「共生」と「共創」を核として、「日本的共創マネジメント（SynCreate Management）」を体系化している。

 

2005年、理想的な次世代PMの実現と社会実装を目的として、SYNCREATE  LLCを設立。以後、P2M、PMBOK、P3M、システム思考、組織変革、人材育成、共創型マネジメントを中心に、コンサルティング、講演、教育活動を展開している。

 

また、「夢工学」「日本的アントレプレナーシップ」「マイプログラム」「SYNCREATE」をテーマに、AI時代における新しい価値創造と人間の役割について探究を続けている。

Yukinori Iwashita has over 30 years of experience in project and program management at Sony Corporation, where he led a wide range of corporate initiatives including product development, organizational transformation, R&D innovation, and Systems on Chip (SoC) programs.

 

Based on these practical experiences, he has developed an original philosophy integrating dreams, meaning, structure, and relationships into a new framework for value creation. Rooted in Japanese cultural principles of harmony, coexistence, and co-creation, he systematized this approach as “SynCreate Management.”

 

In 2005, he founded SynCreate LLC to promote and implement next-generation profiling, program and project management methodologies in society. Since then, he has been engaged in consulting, coaching, education, and public speaking in the fields of P2M, PMBOK, P3M, organizational transformation, human resource development, and collaborative management.

 

He continues to explore new models of human-centered value creation in the AI era through concepts such as Dream Engineering, Japanese Entrepreneurship, and SYNCREATE.

 

SYNCREATE is a philosophy, methodology, and practical system for co-creating future value through the symbiotic connection, resonance, synchronization, and integration of diverse beings, meanings, knowledge, emotions, and actions.
