プロファイリングとは、「共有の構想 (Shared Concept) 」を「プログラム憲章 (Why to do) 」として、夢を創発し紡いで輪郭を描くフレームワークです。

プロファイリングのフレームワークは、To-Be Model という望ましい状態と、As-Is Model という現在の状態があり、As-Is からTo-Be に到達するにはいろいろな道筋 (シナリオ) があるという考え方です。この考え方によれば、問題解決とは To-Be と As-Is をはっきりさせ、As-Is と To-Be の差を解消するための最善の手段を選択する (Gap Analysis) ことであるということです。


Profiling is a framework for developing "Shared Concept" as "Program Charter (Why to do)" , in which to create, spun and outline a dream.

The profiling framework is based on the idea that there is a desirable state called the To-Be Model and a current state called the As-Is Model, and that there are various ways (scenarios) to reach from As-Is to To-Be. 

 According to this idea, problem solving is to clarify To-Be and As-Is and to select the best method to eliminate the difference between As-Is and To-Be (Gap Analysis).
